General Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy


By registering for the event and paying the participation fees, all participants acknowledge and accept the following General Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy:


  1. Venue: The event will be held at Teachers Club (36 Parnell Square W, Rotunda, Dublin 1, D01 T6V6) , which has a spacious dance floor, adequate lighting, and comfortable amenities for participants and attendees. The venues in which the event will take place can be changed by the organizers before the event, this will be duly notified on the event website and via email and it does not entitle the participants to any refund or cancellation rights.
  2. Event Schedule: The event will take place on October 18/19/20 th of 2024 in Dublin, Ireland.
  3. Participant Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old and have basic dance experience. Registration is required in advance, and participants must agree to abide by the event’s code of conduct.
  4. Liability Waiver: by registering for the event and paying the registration fees the participant is agreeing to a liability waiver, acknowledging the inherent risks of dancing and releasing the event organizers and the venue(s) where the event is held from any liability for injuries sustained during the event.
  5. Health and accident insurance: by registering to the event and paying the registration fees the participant is committing to acquire insurance to cover any health issues or accidents experienced during the event. The participant releases the event organizers and the venue(s) where the event is held from any liability for injuries or health issues sustained during the event.
  6. Music and Entertainment: Three professional DJs will provide music throughout the event, covering various dance styles to cater to different preferences.
  7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to respect others on the dance floor, refrain from disruptive behavior, and dress appropriately for the occasion.
  8. Ticketing and Admission: Tickets can be purchased online or at the door, with discounts available for early bird registration and online registration. Attendees must present their tickets for admission to the event or supply their names in the reception booth to confirm payment and full registration.
  9. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued in full for cancellations made by the participant at least three months before the scheduled start of the event. Cancellations made within the three months before the start of the event won’t be refunded. 
  10. In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, serious illness of the artists, global pandemics, wars, or similars, refunds will be provided in full to all ticket holders.
  11. Alcohol and Substance Policies: Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the event, and attendees must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  12. Publicity and Marketing: The event will be promoted through social media, email newsletters, and local advertising channels to attract a diverse audience of dancers and enthusiasts.
